    Dining at Castel Hortenberg was a gastronomic delight, with Mediterranean cuisine. The heated pool and wellness center were perfect for unwinding after exploring Bolzano, and our room with a fine view.

    While we loved the vibe, the shower's open concept meant it felt less private than expected. We were caught off guard by extra charges for hot breakfast items-more heads up would have been nice!

    The outdoor pool was wicked nice, especially under the stars with a glass of local wine. Our room was huge, immaculate, and had this open shower thing that was a game changer. Staff was super friendly, especially Thomasso. Can't wait to go back!

    Incredible and huge room available with a super comfortable bed as well as the computer. Heated pool, parking onsite. Everything perfect. Beautifully designed hotel in a beautiful setting close to everything. Based adjacent to the center and the centre of town and the old town.

    Food was fine and I have nothing but AMAZING memories from this trip. Everything was fantastic during 1 day, loved its peaceful location really close to the centre of town, the old town, and the center of Bolzano. Got double room with modern design, a super comfortable bed, as for instance as expected. All the staff was helpful and professional, resolved my issues.

    The TV channels malfunctioned frequently!!! Bathroom privacy was practically non-existent!!! The lobby area felt cramped and uninviting!!! Getting to the hotel was a maze of narrow streets!!!

    charming experience in a castle setting

    Once you pass the gate, the feeling of stepping into a castle is enchanting! The room service was perfect. The backyard offered an very nice pool view and a nice cafe-like area, perfect for relaxation. The mountain view from our Junior Suite was amazing.

    The application for the TV was somewhat limited.
